RSfold is an RNA secondary structure prediction tool that works on single RNA sequences using minimum normalized free energy algorithm. RSfold accepts, as input data, a sequence in the Fasta format and outputs the predicted secondary structure of the input sequence in both the Vienna style Dot Bracket format and the Connectivity Table (CT) format.
